Yes, we are able to ship many of our items internationally! However, we are currently updating our inventory systems.

If you see this message and our online checkout screen does not allow shipping to your international address, please add the items to your cart and then contact us using the "Chat" button in the bottom corner of our website. We will be happy to check on your options. 🙂

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, Paypal, GPay, ShopPay, and more for online purchases. We also offer and accept gift cards for our store. We cannot accept checks. You can see all current payments options on the bottom bar of our website.

The most direct way to contact us is to reply to any of your order notification emails. This lets us see your order information right away.

You can also contact us using the Chat Button in the bottom corner of our website, send us a message on our Contact Page, or email us directly at info@heroic-fandoms.com.

Contact us using the same email address used in your order whenever possible.


In the rare event that your package or your item seems to arrive with any shipping damage, please include photos of the item, as well as of the shipping box condition, and a description of the problem.


If you need help with an online order, please do not call our retail store location. Send us a message us so that your information gets to our correct team! Our wonderful in-store team cannot see all of your information, and cannot assist with online orders over the phone.
