Prompt and careful shipping of your items is our highest priority. As fans ourselves, we understand the importance of careful handling, secure packaging, and speedy shipping for your items.
Every item we carry is professionally handled by our small business inventory and retail team in Northern Illinois. We take great pride in doing everything we can to protect both your package itself and the product within.
Shipping Timeframe:
We understand the excitement! Once we receive your order, your purchase will be fulfilled and shipped with care to the name & shipping address selected in your order.
We process orders on all Monday - Friday Business Shipping days as quickly as we can. Nearly all of our in-stock items ship within 1 business day.
Federal Holidays, Saturday, and Sunday are not included in our business shipping days, however at our busiest times of year or when we are experiencing a high volume of orders, we do our very best to continue our lightning-fast shipping. You may see shipping notifications as we process or ship your items on non-business days if our delivery schedules allow.
REMINDER: PLEASE CHECK THE SHIPPING ADDRESS IN YOUR ORDER CONFIRMATION right away after completing an order. Our shipping team can work lightning fast! If you see any problems with your address, please notifiy us in a reply to your order confirmation email right away. Pre-Orders or special orders:
- Pre-Order Items will ship or become available for pickup on the date of their arrival.
- Items marked in bold with a fulfillment timeframe at the top line of the description will be processed and shipped on the date of their arrival.
You will receive a Shipping Confirmation email with tracking information when your order has been shipped.
Domestic Shipping & our Free Domestic Shipping:
- We offer Free Shipping to addresses in the domestic United States for most purchases of $80 or more.
- If you are placing an order with a subtotal below $80, the shipping total for your package will be included in your total at the time of purchase.
- Shipping Surcharges or exclusions may apply to certain large or fragile items.
Shipping Address Accuracy:
As soon as checkout for your purchase is completed, a confirmation email is sent to your email address with all of your order details. Check your email right away to ensure the correct recipient name, street address, and apartment or unit number, are present in your order. **If anything looks incorrect or if you do not see a confirmation email, send us a message right away.
We are unable to change your shipping information or cancel a package once it has been picked up by the shipping carrier. While we will always do whatever we can to make sure you receive your purchase, we are not responsible for lost items or additional shipping charges that are the result of purchases made with incorrect or incomplete shipping information.
If a package is delivered back to us as a result of being shipped to the wrong or incomplete original shipping address, we will do our best to contact you and help. Please note that you are responsible for the cost of re-shipping your package to your corrected address.
APO Addresses & US Territories:
We offer shipping for most items to APO addresses, as well as recognized US territories, possessions, or freely associated states.
International Shipping:
We are located in the United States. We love providing our items to customers around the world, and we are continually expanding the number of countries to which we offer International shipping. We carefully handle and package all of our items for the best shipping experience.
The majority of our items are available for shipping to many countries. For the best shopping experience, you may select your country or local region at the top of our website if you do not already see it displayed.
Any purchase made through our online store will include the purchase cost of the item as well as our shipping and handling charge. Applicable customs or taxes for most countries will be included at time of checkout. However, as the receiver of your item, you are responsible for paying additional duties, customs fees, taxes, or other import charges that may be assessed at time of import. Any import-related fees are determined by the applicable Customs and Border Services agency in the country of import and will be billed directly from Customs to the receiver of the item.
If you have any questions about a country's import process or customs charges, we always strongly advise you to contact the proper import authorities within your relevant country.
Other Customs or Import Laws:
To the best of our knowledge, we offer international sale and shipping only for products which are allowed to be legally purchased and imported within each country.
As the purchaser, you are responsible for making sure that your items comply with any import laws in the country to which you will be receiving your items. Please consult with the proper import authorities if you have any questions about whether a specific item will be allowed.
